x Journal owners, you can multi post if no one has responded to your thread as long as you have an update to post. Please do this in moderation however. Don't post a new update every few minutes for every Pokémon you capture, for example, as that would be considered excessive.

x One journal per user. You can bump your journal anytime you wish if you want to start updating it again.
