It's probably you only, or perhaps the site's technical difficulties itself?

if it was today i was hammering it's bandwidth for about 4 hours.. (making a new backup here on my PC due to lost files on a crashed hard drive) also PPN complex page design tends to take a bit longer to render (draw) in most browsers.. and well 56k makes it worse as there is a lot of graphics.

when I used 56K, PPN loaded extremely slow and took around 10 minutes to load the webpage completely, but now I'm using cable modem, so now it's very fast

    I meant Extremely Slow~~Not Slow.
And Steve There are many many Dialup Users of your site..PLease Consider making it a bit faster..Seriously I'm gonna get cable next week.If its this slow for a 56K Consider Slower ones!

You almost can't use IE to load PPN, Mozilla you have a fighting chance on 56K.

well if anyone has any suggestions on HOW to make it faster (images are compressed already, the output is gzipped, and the majority of the code simple) just go on and let me know... (BTW it's not the server.. our server serves pages at 100Mbs)

Hmm..Wonders why PPN is very slow especially on IE!
Steve are you having very heavy Codes..You should seriously consider making it a bit faster.Perhaps you can discuss this with other Staff.

BTW It's faster on Firefox~~Official Comment!
