    *pokemonpalace link removed*OK everyone.. time to let those creative juices flow and come up with the best caption for our DP based image and win a great prize package.

    PPN is now taking contest entries at *pokemonpalace link removed*

    There will be a total of ten (10) winners with prizes that include a PrimaGames Diamond and Pearl Players guide, with the top 4 also getting a 10th anniversary, collectors edition PokeDex hard-back book also by PrimaGames as well as other cool Pokemon prizes.

    Hurry.. contest will run through May 19th, 2007 and is open to ANYONE in North America (USA, Canada).
     
    within a week or 2 of the contest end date.. we gotta get all the judges together at one time and go thru all the entries and vote on the the best ones.. as there is a rather diverse group of people judging we can only hope it goes smoothly and quickly :p

    Why is it only open to members from the US? That' completely unfair on the rest of us.

    It due to the sponsors .. since DP isn't yet avail in Europe or Australia and well if you're in Japan you prolly don't want an english based prize.. we have to limit it to where the actuall game (and prize products) are released / available.

    If we can get some EU sponsors, we'd gladly include Europe and so on..
     
    wait how about countries like singapore,malaysia,philippines,thailand or any other countries not only in Asia?? i wanna join too y' know

    Steve said the sponsers. That must mean the sponsers are a US area sponser. They can't send it across the world. You probably don't want to read a English cover anyway.. :P

    I hate to butt in, but PPNSteve already answered that question above. It's not his fault--it's due to the sponsors. Also, you need at least four words per post, which you clearly haven't done, even if you include your name. =x
     
    I entered of course, although, I have the Nintendo Power book, maybe Prima has more info, and plus I might get the pokedex, I hope I win
     
    Well it's worth entering a good entry just for the chance to get this PokeDex book.. I understand it's a fairly decent collectors item and would be an awesome addition to any PokeFan's collection.

    Now the bad news: The contest ends Sat, May 19, 2007 at 11:59 PM PDT thats today err tonight .. we hope those of you who want to enter have done so or if not, do it now. times almost up.

    Well I entered the contest as soon as Steve posted this thread...I hope my caption will capture the hearts of the judges and at the same convey that confident sassiness that Dawn Excudes in every episode...
    Just curious...hows the judging coming along?
     
    we got well over 400 entries.. and have whittled them down to just over 300 so far.. we'll be going through them removing those that are not valid (i.e. outside of the USA/Canada, etc..) and begin the picking sessions.. as there is a few judges, spread out thought the world.. well all over the US / Canada anyway :-p we expect it to take another few weeks before we have the 10 winners ready to announce.

    we are working on them as fast as we can, but realize that it takes time for everyone to read, decide and, more or less, be all on the same page.

    Check *pokemonpalace link removed* for the latest updates on the contest and I'll post them here as well.

    Yeah....I know how hard it can get to be to get everyone to agree...even if there is only a few ppl involved...
     
    There going to be a worldwide PC D/P tournament when D/P's out everywhere else?
