    This I think is one of your best, if not the best.
    The effects and flow and composition and stuff is superior to the rest of your work. Liking the blue smudging/effects thing, nice and complimentary. The only thing I think is lacking is the text, which is fairly hard to read and the positioning could be better, either by moving it to the left a bit so that it doesn't overlap Lugia, or by moving it to the far left in the open space.
    The focal also needs some decent sharpening as it is a bit blurry, possibly due to the lighting over the top, but whatever it is, sharpen!
    On that note, looking over all the rest of the tags, pretty much all of the focals could go with some sharpening.

    Rather than being a parrot to Moments as I agree with a lot of what they said I'll just spot out a few other things I noticed.
    The text on the Lugia tag would be better as a different colour rather than just moving i all the way to the left, I have the image in my mind of it more to the left and I don't think it would look well due to the way Lugia is positioned, possibly try a light mustard yellow on the pokemon text and possibly a very soft red on the underlaying text. Look for some palettes on any colour scheming site to help with that, but of course that's just a suggestion and it may end up worse off but it should be more readable.
    The biggest issue I noticed would be your use of backgrounds. You're too reliant on textures rather than filling the space yourself with either C4D's or smudging or using an actual background. 3 of the 5 different tags above have the exact same texture and it only works with one of them imo that being the Lugia tag.
    http://i977.photobucket.com/albums/ae259/Suburban_Jesus/GFX/outofourprime.png
    This would look awesome with a darker BG, really, you can barely see the spirals which isn't working for the tag. BUt I love the C4D & line bubble collaboration going on to thr right of the focal, it looks rather well.
    http://i977.photobucket.com/albums/ae259/Suburban_Jesus/GFX/Yellowshot35.png
    This is probably the worst of the bunch due to the stock being rather bad imo. I know the stock is already yellow and that's why I would stay away from it. It's so hard to work around a monotone render as the tag itself could end up being rather dull which happened with this one.
    http://i977.photobucket.com/albums/ae259/Suburban_Jesus/GFX/KingdomHearts4.png
    Decent tag but the BG ruins it, I think it ends whatever flow you had going around the render, if you had the render being surrounded by that nice flow all over the tag with a different colour/darker background it would have looked better.
    When it comes to textures, try to use tham as overlaying layers set to exclusion or screen/overlay etc. depending on how dark they are rather than as a background unless it really suits the tag.

    @moments: I sort of just skipped that; I'll try to keep the focal sharpness in mind next time.

    @Gavin: I'm not too good with backgrounds, and I think I always start out too plain.
    I'll work on it.

    Have a look;
    I tried covering up what moments and Gavin pointed out..

    This piece actually got some liking, so I thought I'd post it here.
    I think sharpened the focal too much?, and perhaps overdid the colour vibrancy.
    Idk, tell me.

    Tag fix;
    I couldn't edit the text layer, I rasterized it. >:

    You've gotta stop using that texture XD
    Overusing the smae texture will become a bad habit and it'll be hard to improve on something if you keep bringing over old techniques and not changing the way you use them.
    That aside, the tag seems so bare. You could have used some more C4D's in it, done more with the render to make it stand out. Something I aways do to make a render to make it stand out that much more is duplicate it twice, hide the top two layers, get out a jitter smudge brush (I'll show you on msn if you're not sure how to make one) then smudge the heck out the layer so that it'll spread behind the top layer just a tad then set to color dodge then do the same with the middle layer and set to linear dodge (unhide it obv) then unhide the top layer and that'll be your main focal with some nice effects behind it, just play around with that and see what you come up with if you're stuck on how to fill a tag or blend a render etc.
    You're getting the right idea with the burn & dodge tool with the way you've darkened the edges of the tag. But really, you need to fill out that space without clutter in the tag.
    The text isn't very good, the opacity ruins it and again, it's a text style you've used on a few tags. You created flow in the tag, I would have liked to see you continue it however.

    http://i977.photobucket.com/albums/ae259/Suburban_Jesus/GFX/Scroobs.png

    For the stock that was used, it's a decent tag, I know for a fact they're hard to work with. But again, that texture ;;;;;;
    Again I think there's an issue of filling out the tag on the left, the text is close to impossible to see, you've put white text over a cream background.
    The lighting could use more work inthis tag, it's taking away from the focal a little bit. A lot about this tag can be said for the last so I won't bore you with repitition.

    http://i977.photobucket.com/albums/ae259/Suburban_Jesus/GFX/SeeingGreen2.png

    Best tag of the lot. Though I will agree that the focal has been over sharpened, you can tell that when the edges look very raw and pixelated, try blending those with a blur tool if you feel the rest needs to be sharpened. The vibrance could come down by about 15 just as the focal is a little too saturated.
    The lighting is a bit too much, it could be brought down somewhat as it takes away from the text and a bit of the focal too. Though you've made the colours consistant and that's always a good thing to do. The use of C4D's is great and is worth persuing with.

    Slight improvement on the Lugia tag but if the text can't be edited try redoing the layer if you really want to fix it.
    So yeah, an improvement in places, just try something different, try coming out of your comfort zone, you'd be suprised at what you can do. The best way to do something you're not used to is to take tutorials. I know you might think that tutorials are for beginners but there's tutorials for every level of tag making.
    I look forward to your next update.

    I'll try to neglect that texture for sometime now.
    I SWEAR I WILL.

    I'll fix the sharpening on the last one.
    I actually have other versions with dimmer lighting; I'll try and add them here.

    I actually found a good lot, can't say I'll follow them till the end, but they've got some pretty neat concepts I could imitate.

    I'll post some stuff later on.

    I feel this is probably the best tag of your latest bunch, but I'm gonna be picky and comment on the monotoneness of it? Work on it a bit I suppose.

    These three are quite nice, but lack depth. Would all look better if a bit of blurring was done to form somewhat of a background I think.

    http://i977.photobucket.com/albums/ae259/Suburban_Jesus/GFX/lostallsenseofcontrol.png
    I feel this, while also lacking depth, really doesn't draw the eye anywhere. My eye was immediately drawn to the brightest spot on a generally dark tag, then when there was nothing there, it moved onto the text, which wasn't really enough to be the basis of a tag. I feel your focal really didn't stand out enough, this can be fixed up with the burn & dodge tools respectively.
