You've gotta stop using that texture XD
Overusing the smae texture will become a bad habit and it'll be hard to improve on something if you keep bringing over old techniques and not changing the way you use them.
That aside, the tag seems so bare. You could have used some more C4D's in it, done more with the render to make it stand out. Something I aways do to make a render to make it stand out that much more is duplicate it twice, hide the top two layers, get out a jitter smudge brush (I'll show you on msn if you're not sure how to make one) then smudge the heck out the layer so that it'll spread behind the top layer just a tad then set to color dodge then do the same with the middle layer and set to linear dodge (unhide it obv) then unhide the top layer and that'll be your main focal with some nice effects behind it, just play around with that and see what you come up with if you're stuck on how to fill a tag or blend a render etc.
You're getting the right idea with the burn & dodge tool with the way you've darkened the edges of the tag. But really, you need to fill out that space without clutter in the tag.
The text isn't very good, the opacity ruins it and again, it's a text style you've used on a few tags. You created flow in the tag, I would have liked to see you continue it however.

For the stock that was used, it's a decent tag, I know for a fact they're hard to work with. But again, that texture ;;;;;;
Again I think there's an issue of filling out the tag on the left, the text is close to impossible to see, you've put white text over a cream background.
The lighting could use more work inthis tag, it's taking away from the focal a little bit. A lot about this tag can be said for the last so I won't bore you with repitition.

Best tag of the lot. Though I will agree that the focal has been over sharpened, you can tell that when the edges look very raw and pixelated, try blending those with a blur tool if you feel the rest needs to be sharpened. The vibrance could come down by about 15 just as the focal is a little too saturated.
The lighting is a bit too much, it could be brought down somewhat as it takes away from the text and a bit of the focal too. Though you've made the colours consistant and that's always a good thing to do. The use of C4D's is great and is worth persuing with.
Slight improvement on the Lugia tag but if the text can't be edited try redoing the layer if you really want to fix it.
So yeah, an improvement in places, just try something different, try coming out of your comfort zone, you'd be suprised at what you can do. The best way to do something you're not used to is to take tutorials. I know you might think that tutorials are for beginners but there's tutorials for every level of tag making.
I look forward to your next update.
