My question for today is that, I am wondering how to make the maps within Pokemon Fire Red look more realistic, clean, and pretty. I noticed a user on the PokeCommunity by the name of E.C shared some maps that looked way different than the original in Pokemon Fire Red, so it struck me to figure out how he did it.

Personally I'm not a fan of this "realistic" map style in Pokémon hacks, but Fire Red's maps aren't that great either, they're simple and way too square. I like something in between, like R/S/E maps. When I want to make a map, I usually look at maps from an Emerald ROM or other hacks whose map style I like for inspiration first, and then I start working on it.

Well, that's not exactly what I am asking, not to be rude. What I am asking is how did E.C make the graphics of the maps look so smooth and pretty. Like what is the process of making those kind of maps?

Oh, you hadn't mentioned graphics or tiles at all so I assumed you meant the mapping style. Just look around the Tools, Tutorials and Resources section for tutorials on how to edit/insert tiles. This can be done with Advance Map's Block Editor, but a tutorial will explain how this can be done step by step. The most recent ones I found are Kenny1's tutorial and Syneon's tutorial.

You my friend, are a truly kind person. Thank you for the help, and I am sorry for not being specific, I just had to find the right words. Haha.
