Pretty pokemon is my lovely Blissey in my signature.

The UGLIEST POKEMON is got to be shelgon.
 
Pretty: Gardevoir. Definitely Gardevoir.
Ugly: None. I don't think any Pokemon is ugly.

Prettiest: Gardevoir, Chimecho, Milotic, Plusle, Minun

Ugliest: Feebas, Feraligator, Corsola, Shedinja
 
pretty: gardevoir, milotic, torchic, mudkip, chickorita, pikachu, mew, celebi
ugly: magakarp, garados, blaziken, swampert, treeko and all evo's, raquaza, groundon, kyogre, lugia, ho-oh, mewtwo, articuno, zapdos, moltres
 
I Think There Isnt A Prettiest Pokemon, All Pokemon Are Pretty Because There Type And Style Suits Them.

So many different opinions...but... Heres mine. Some of them anyhoo.

Pretty: Ninetailes. Suicune, Articuno, Dragonair, Espeon, Umbreon, (Most of the other Eveelutions)... and multiple others.
Ugly: Primape, Jynx, Geodude, Machop and all its Evolutions...
 
Ugliest- Kingdra
Prettiest- Spheal!
 
Pretty: Eevee, Ninetails, Umbreon, Espeon, Vapreon, Articuno, Mew, Charmander, Butterfree, Marill, Meowth
Ugly: Machop, Machoke, Machamp, Magikarp, Geodude, Graveller
 
Ugliest is Milotic for sure
Pretiest: Maybe Roselia?
