Question: previous usernames

    I've noticed lately that when you hover over a members' username that there is no longer a little pop-up text that lists the users' previous usernames. Is there a specific reason why that went away or was it something in one of the Vbulletin updates? I really liked that feature and it real helps others out to figure out who people are once they get a name change.
     
    I've noticed that too.

    I like it this way better. It only takes 2 clicks to get to someone's profile, where it lists their previous usernames.
     
    I never seen (or heard of) that feature..
     
    it was here a while ago, in the summer was when I last saw it. It functioned like the title tags do, but it basically provided a users' previous 2-3 names. If it's not available I understand, but It was a neat feature.
     
    I like this feature better, it doesn't take that much time to look at someone's profile.
    Also entices you to leave a comment too.
     
    Ah! Thanks Audy! I like being able to see who had what previous username on the fly so I can reference them quickly in a post if I notice a change. (feel free to close this if you want)
     
    I didn't even notice a change actually, but I agree that the previous username feature is useful.
     
    legacy Misty isn't (never has) showing it..

    Could there be an option where you can choose which previous user name you want displayed in the box?
    Rather than them all. =X
     
    I think the main purpose of it is so other members could know what you were called at all times when you were in PC.
     
    What it shows in the profile is a lot tidier than just one line. And since it shows all in the profile wouldn't one suffice in the box thingy?
