Or click the name of the user you want to send it to and a drop down box will come and one of them will say "Send a private message to ..." ("..." is their user name) and you will be able to send it to them that way. Or go to their profile and in there there will be a link that says the same thing.

Make sure you let the page load fully before trying that first stunt. ^.~
