Problem with Advance Text

    Everytime i open the advnaced text it says Component 'Comdlg32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid. So i went to youtube for help and it said i needed to download the missing Comdlg32.ocx so i went to a website that had it and when i downlaoded it it saved as a html document not a active control x if you guys know what i mean. Please Help!!!
