Hello guys. So recently I've came across strange problem with my maps that are conected. if i go from town or route to next map part of my character gets cut of on the right side, the problem only occours when i go to the map from left side and not when going to right.
here is also a picture to see what happens :

    Anyone have any idea? thanks!

It won't be about going from left to right, it'll be about going from one map to another one with a higher/lower ID number (I don't know which). The cause is that map connection support was bodged into RMXP which didn't support them, and thus the way multiple maps are drawn means some things don't work properly over connections (such as shadows, possibly reflections, the problem you've encountered, tile priority, and so forth).

They're just minor graphical glitches, though. Map connections is a big and mysterious box of springs which I haven't really learned how they work, because I never needed to. These glitches aren't a big enough thing for me to care to either learn how it currently works or potentially think of a new rendering paradigm and remake the scripts.

To add, any change in map will also cause the player to "float", over tall grass for a moment if there are grass maps that link (route 1 to route 2 for example). The only thing you can say to a player, is, deal with it or don't play your game... The rendering gets a little messed up, but only for a moment anyway... RMXP isn't exactly what Nintendo are using haha
