4th Gen problem with togetic

In pokemon soul silver I have a togetic and I would like a togekiss, for it I know that is needed a light stone but I do not find there! You could help me please??

It doesnt realy matter if you have a light stone or not unless you've got the national dex, but if you have im not sure where to find one. Maybe you could trade a pokemon holding a lightstone from dppt

I have the national dex, and I found a dawn stone, then i think that i can find a light stone in the game, but where??

Look for Shiny Stone in the list and it'll tell you where to find one. :)
