4th Gen Problems at the beginning

I choose in the japanese Pearl Version Pochama.
Now I have the US Diamond but I don't know which one I choose.
Should I choose Pochama a second time or Naetle or Hikozaru?

I love waterpokemon, but a second time Pochama?

any one is fine, ur gunna mess up its evs anyway but i went with the grass one ad it did me fine but all my mates went with the water one lol

All three are fine to beat the game with. I haven't actually established yet which is more powerful, but I too started with Pochama. I'm thinking of restarting and using Naetoru to "try something else", it's really up to you whether you want to go through again with the same starter or not.

I do SO agree with that, even though the starter you choose can make or break the game's progress. And of course, there is always trading other starters for other Pokemon.

By the way, what are IV's and EV's?

you should pick the fire one since the grass one will have problems later on in the future with ice attackes
