Problems Trying to use an FTP client with my n3DS xl

I have been watching videos on how to install an FTP client on my 3DS but the folders that they use don't show when I connect it. The two folders that show up are named DCIM and Nintendo 3DS. I don't know what files to access in order to use the client. I am trying to use it for ultra sun and moon.

What exactly are you trying to achieve with an FTP client connecting to your 3DS?

You are better off asking in forums where they allow discussion of hacking/modding, like GBATemp.
A little hint: you will need your 3DS to have CFW.
