    I have been making a Pokemon game for some time now and have almost
    all the sprites uploaded onto game maker.It has lots of code and a complete walking system. Here are some things I need, Some things I want to give out and, some releases.

    I NEED

    • All Pokemon platinum Pokemon back sprites
    (I only have diamond and pearl)

    • Some help as to make the Battling system.
    (all of my team doesn't know how to)

    You can find bak sprites and sprites on various sites but bulbagarden has the most, as well as artwork, you can find battlesystems in diferent starter kits (can be found in the forums) some contain sprites, good luck
     
    Platinum back sprites have been posted in the Resources thread.
     
    What program did you use? RMXP? RMVX? Sphere?

    EDIT : Ignore it, my bad didnt see "...uploaded onto game maker." lol~ sorry >.<

    No one will just make your battle system for you. If you have anyone who can code a game then tell them a battle system is actually fairly easy to get going, it becomes hard when the code becomes unmanageable.

    A basic battle system has a set number of things.

    • A looping condition (if both players still have pokemon alive then continue).
    • A render system for displaying things.
    • An update system for doing things at certain times.

    With these three things and a menu system, you can see the basis of your battle system begin to form around you.

    Well for the Battle Sys you need
    - Variables
    -Pictures for Hp
    and loops.
    And I hope this game continues when you finally get the hang of the sys.

    Battle System started

    Ok, thanks for the help so far.
    I have the battle system started and the storyline is completely planed...
    You and your mom go on a vacation to Pentore (all new region) the tropical paradise home to the Battle square and the Battle challenge, One problem, you didn't bring your Pokemon and the Challenge is about to start...lucky for you, your mom has connections(not pizza place numbers)and prof.Yonwood can get you one of your 3 Pokemon from Sinnoh(you get to choose which one). It is at level 50 at 2 stage.
    Now you must catch, trade online(yes,you can trade online!), and battle to the top(not to mention ordering a few pizzas along the way) in order to become the NET-Champion!!! National Ellite Tournament (NET)
    Beat every champion from every region and you become the NET-Champion. =D
    more coming soon...please comment on the storyline...
    (you get cut from cynthia by walking to the statue in eterna city)
