Project Valiance - Members Needed

Hello, I'm working on a fire red rom hack called Project Valiance. Recently I made a thread in the progressing section, and due to some feedback I decided to restart the rom. I need help with some stuff and the current progress (being updated daily) is just past the first gym. I need help with the following:

-Overworlds
-Trainer Spriting
-Back Spriting
-Tile Inserting (I already have the tiles made and indexed)
- Mappers (not important but would help speed up progression)
