    I was playing PBR today and went through the stupid tutorial to get another battle pass and I was reading the new moves section and came across Defog and it said it blows away spikes and stealth rock I scrolled back up to make sure and read it again and yes Defog is a psuedo Rapid Spin so I came up with this.

    Relaxed
    -Will-o-Wisp/ Baton pass
    -Shadow Ball
    -Defog
    -Calm Mind/ Stockpile/ Rest

    CM and Stockpile for Baton pass or to help with bad def stats. Rest only with Cleric support.
     
    Does it really? o.0 wow, that's a surprise. I think we'll see it used a lot more often now, and also, if you're afraid of SR / Spikes, no need to limit yourself to the Rapid Spinners that are common. Congrats on finding this. :)

    Rapid Spins plus is breaking from Whirlpool, Fire Spin, Wrap, Sand Tomb, Leech Seed

    I was considering Defog as well, but can it also clear Stealth Rocks?

    Yes it can. Now another HM has a use.

    OMG I just thought of something now Articuno needs no RS support sweet.

    Nnnononono youve misunderstood the definition.

    So it removes your OWN spikes and Stealth Rock in single battles.


    In double battles however if you use it on OWN partner, then yes it will remove the opponents SR and Spikes.

    Its still another Semi-useless TM unfortunately.
     
    Yeah unfortunately I found out it removes your own spikes in a Shoddy battle when this site was down so I guess it still is kind of useless.
     
    Wow, this new revelation makes defog more useless than before. I never knew it could be done lol

    That would be amazing. Then Skarm would have the ability to Phaze, Spike, Physical wall, and demolish spikes it'd be in a new category MOU (majorly overused).

    No no no, you misunderstood his joke, Skarmory sets up his Spikes, and when he tries to make the effect of the Spikes by Whirlwinding, it blows away the Spikes HE layed up. haha

    So..

    DEFOG = USELESS, WORSE THAN BEFORE T_T

    RAPID SPIN = USEFUL, USE ALWAYS


    So.. we still have only 2 useful HM's.. Waterfall/Surf

    this is so useful , i need defog , for i need one of my flying pokes to spin for me.

    Omg Please read above your posts, Defog blows away the Spikes and Stealth Rock YOU'VE set UP, NOT Your opponents
     
    Maybe you should read on. We JUST established that it removes YOUR SPIKES. Therefore, you help your opponent.
