Psychic Powers?

Do psychic powers exist?

Deja Vu. Happens to all of us. I've heard an interesting theory as to why though. Something about us living our lives in loops. e.g. when we die we get born again and live our lives again in the same way until we die, get reborn again and so on. Deja Vu's are basically bits of memery we happen to remember when we lived during the last loop. Memories we're not suppose to have. Does that make sense?

I can try an explain it better If ya'll would like.
 
Believe me or not, I feel like I sense supernatural things quite often. I'll get something that feels like a chill down my spine or throbbing in my head, and in my mind's eye I'll be able to see something that isn't really "there". I can tell to an extent what it looks like and when it moves. I can usually only do it at night. I would go into more detail, but I tend to ramble too much.

I've also had a few of what you could call "predictions" of the future, but they've never been 100% accurate and they're never about anything important. For example, I once saw in a dream my friends and I having a conversation while working on a poster in the school hallway. The next day, we had that same conversation, but instead of in the hallway we were outside.

Yes, I do believe in psychic powers. Everyone has them to some extent, but the few who are stronger at it are the most likely to realize them. If you really put your mind to it, you can develop psychic powers. However, there will be those who can just take them up without a problem, and those who just can't do it at all. It's like any other talent, really.
 
To a certain degree, it is instinct, though also training or experience, at least in terms or premonitions. Anyone who has martial sense has a certain degree of sixth sense in terms of hostile or friendly intent. At least, that is my experience. Prophetic dreams or visions or sense are a seperate matter, and one that I see is related to human connection.

I too, find it easy to believe in the paranormal, ESP and the like. An old friend has healed Karate injuries and the like, as has my girlfriend. There are abilities, "powers," if you insist that are beyond what is considered normal, but well within the human range. It's the idea that we can do more than we think we can. That applies to the mental as well as the physical. I have my proof, whether or not you believe it is a different matter entirely.
 
hmm.... wow, this is even farther along than I thought it would be. A lot more people persent-wise believe, too, than I thought. I thought it would like, end up 10% or something. :P

Just to add on to this rather intriguing conversation, I also once had the same dream, the same night, as my friend Owen, but from different perspectives. It's almost like we were in the same dream "world," so to spea, yet se both did exactly in out dream as we dreampt the other person did. Anf to make matters even more unlikely, it was a whacko version of Mario 64 in our dream. I know, we have no lives.

I was Mario (as in I actually dreampt I was Mario, not dreampt I was playing as him), in Bomb-Omb Battlefield, yet with FLUDD from SMS. On the pathway to the mountain (where Bog Bomb-Omb is in the actual game), there were 2 big pillars, one with Petey Pirhana, one with Bowser, on them. I jumped around and did all kinds of other stuff in attempts to beat them. Can't remember if I actually did or not. Anywho, Owen dreampt he was Luigi that same night. He was hiding and spying on (me?) right around one of the corners of the mountain. And in his dream (I?) did the exact same things I did in mine. o.o

I don't think that would be considered psychic by any means, but I still want to throw that out there too; see how people will react since they're obviously more open-minded than I thought...
 
this is strange also...:I was in my little bro's room playing with him....after I got bored,there was a black rock...(I forgot what they're called,but they are really black and glassy-looking...)I threw it across the room and left...before the time I went to bed,I kept thinking about that rock cuz it had a strange look to it.....when I jumped into my bed,with my pants on,something sharp hit my leg.....I looked in my pocket and I found the rock...............?!

another thing is that every time I think of something important happens,in a couple of years, it DOES happen....o_O!!!

one more thing is a strange case of de-ja-vu....I do something for the first time, and I remember doing it before!(and I have a strong memory...)
 
Telekenisis, and Electricity control I believe exist, and maybe Telepathy. Electricity control DOES exist. This one girl in the 1950's I think... I'll just show you,

Jaqualine Preiston
Lives: England, 1970's

Jaqueline was studies by a scientist from oxford University and found to have ten times more electricity in her body than normal. She could make TV channels change without touching them or make sockets explode. For some unknown reason she stopped being electric when she ate green vegetables.

So yes, I believe that exists. That could also explain Telekenisis, but only with magnetic metals.
As for Telepathy, I belive that the brain gives of a frequency, and anyone else with the same frequency can read it. Like a walkie talkie. So there you go. But for stuff like predicting the future, no. I don't believe, but I definatley believe in those 3.
 
Mmm...I do not believe that there is any sort of "power" like that, no. I do believe that people can have strong empathetic feelings and coincidences that seem like psychic abilities, though. It's hard to explain. o_o;
 
Actually I do believe that Psychic Power exists, in fact every human being has Psychic Powers it's just that we are not able to control the energy. A person came to my school one day and told us to make an energy ball with our hands. I thought he was saying crazy stuff, but I decided to try it, so I pretended I held an invisible ball in my hands and after a minute I could feel as if the ball was rotating left to right. I told him that I felt something and he said it was the energy. You may think I'm crazy like I told the person but see it for yourself, try what I did.
 
i believe in psycic powers cuz i believe (><) i have them. For instance, i normally dream about something then it happens in like a week or so. And sometimes, very rarely i can tell what people are thinking, and i can always tell how a person is really feeling even when they are trying their hardest to hide it.
 
As ~Ozy~ mentioned before, I can heal, and thus, I believe. I don't necissarilly want to call what I am "Psychic" or "powerful". I know that what I can do is well beyond a normal human's capabilities...

See, I'm able to heal ~Ozy~'s injuries from quite a distance. Nearly a thousand miles, actually. It's the same with Shiney, though I've only done that once. I'm also gifted with a certain degree of empathy. When I visited Pearl Harbor, I saw the deaths of many people. Felt them as well. *shudders* A gift sometimes, a curse others.

But to make a long story short, I believe. I think we all have these capabilities, but normal humans don't tap into them like they could.
 
Don't believe it. But if there was such a thing, I could be the ultimate ladies man. Not that I'm not.
 
I do believe in them... I have seen people bend stuff, and predict things. And I think I have. I say 'think' maybe 'cause I'm too modest, haha. As Buro-kun Tsubasa said, people can have some electric "power". I may have the average electricity in my body, but I may accidentally use it like no other person would... I can make the image of a TV look better when I try to fix it... but when I'm checking what can be the problem, and think about it can be some electric malfunction and touch it, it is fixed.

Or I can attract lightnings or electricity... like one time my family and I were on the road, we were leaving a town in the state where I live here in Mexico, and a thunderstorm appeared out of nowhere like in the horizon, and later, a lightning hit the ground just like 2 meters away from our SUV. And then the thunderstom stopped at the horizon and it continued on the road.

Or when I survived many electric stuff... I have been electrocuted too many times... it may not be a power, and maybe off-topic, but I also can shock people... like this day... a year ago perhaps, every person that had a handshake with me, said I shocked him or her... you know... the average little shock sometimes when you touch a person... well... they said it was perhaps more stronger.

Anyway... I also can predict stuff. Well... kinda... it happens with people I know well, and people who I'm not talking to and never have seen them before. Like... I saw this person walking on a sidewalk, and I was next to a friend sitting on a bench in a park... the sidewalk I'm tlaking about was at the other side of the street. I said all of a sudden "that guy is going to trip over his feet and fall and then someone will help him to get up". We waited for a while and my friend said "well, nothing happened" but a second later the exact scene I said earlier happened, the guy tripped over and then a child with his mother behind him helped him. Creepy... but interesting.

I can also catch things that are thrown near me... but I don't see them being thrown... like these two times at school that I remember clearly, the first one was... when I was in the teacher's lounge waiting for a teacher to hand me a ruler for a blackboard... and the ruler measured a meter. I was resting my body on the door which was parallel to the wall of the hallway, then the teacher says "I found it" just around the corner of the lounge. In that moment I turn my head to the right, trying to look at the teacher. Then all of a sudden my left hand raises to my head, like if I was protecting the back of my head against a blow or something, but the palm was facing the hallway and cathes a pencil that a friend threw at me... yea... akward, but I also heard the sound of the pencil through the air, and my palm moved almost simultaneously when I heard it.

The second one happened when I was waiting to play a little but fun game on the teacher's desk with a coin... it was like playing soccer but with a coin but it was not moving it around like crazy... anyway, avoiding details, two friends were playing in that moment and I was facing my back to them as I talked with another friend about... a game I think so, and then, a friend that was playing pushed the coin across the desk too hard, causing it to "fly" a bit, it was going to hit me in the back, but I moved a bit to the right and caught it with my left hand again and I was going to hand it to the opponent of the one who pushed it too hard, until I realized what I did.

In both cases the only thing my friends said was "wow! ..." and good reflexes or the word that means you move too fast and accomplish to do something... like they throw something at you a bit far and you move really fast and catch, you know... reacting fast.

I also have bit of Telekinesis, you know... moving things with your mind, like when I was playing billiards and send the ball with no effect and I just wanted it to turn to the right and it did... I also tried to move it. I also try to do Pyrokinesis... turning things on fire... but don't worry, I can't harm anyone because you first need to learn how to turn the fire off.

Among others, those are the ones I remember right now.
 
I think I can also sense things,....like when my friends are playing around,and throw something behind my back,...the second it gets a foot away I....can feel it....it's like it just hits me...before it hits me,so I turn around an see it,and catch it...my older bro. says because I practice sword fighting....(I'm no samurai,but I have enough skills to become one....^_^)....do you guys catch my drift?.....I don't feel like I explained it enough...
 
I don't actually know. I'm not sure if I believe they're there, however, I think there's something there. Strange actually. XD
