For tournaments, the only sets legal are those that are the HeartGold SoulSilver set and the sets that were made after it.

For helping you with this deck, I would need the sets of each of these cards... oh, and You need thicker evolution lines that have more than one or two of each Pokemon in the evolution line. You also want fewer Pokemon species overall. Helps you get the Pokemon you want when you want them. I suggest getting some Pokemon Collector and some Pokemon Communication for those trainers.

I agree with donavannj. Less lines, but much bulkier ones. With the way the format is now, there's not a lot of room for techs. Also more Trainers and Supporters in general will help. Also Dual-typing is always iffy.
