#1, I did NOTHING wrong!! I just RANDOMLY log on and found out you guys give me a boot for TWO WEEKS!!! when I did NOTHING wrong and was infracted MULTIPLE times for the SAME offense!!! and you guys boot me out for NO reason! and TWO WEEKS??? I've seen DOZENS of people get three day bans!!! my punishment is accurately comparable to receiving 5 years in prison for running a stop sign!!! that is DEFINITELY an accurate and PERFECT comparison!!! MANY people get 3 day bans and I get 2+ WEEKS for something I DID NOT do!!! please QUIT treating me unfairly and giving me cruel and unusual punishments!!!

You probably got 2 weeks because you ignored instructions from staff members telling you to both take these issues privately and to stop making threads for small or non-existent issues numerous times. You also consistently ignore members wishes for you to stop spamming caps and exclamation points.

Take a chill pill. Your constant over reacting is why they banned you.

Imo, that wouldn't be a bannable offense but then again, staff call.

While we can't give full details, no this wasn't why he was banned. He earned it through infractions given to him over the course of a month or so.

Justin you recieved a PM explaining why you were banned. In said PM and I believe in the notice for Banned members, there was included a way to appeal. If you felt it was unfair you should have emailed the site for an appeal.

You need to check what you are doing and re-evaluate how you act. You've been told way too many time NOT to respond like this. PM the moderators in which you have an issue i.e. trouble in Fifth Gen, PM me or Jelli. Or PM H-Staff or an Admin. Then wait patiently. Wait 24 hours before freaking out, though we'd prefer you not to freak out ever.

You need to follow the rule and understand what you are doing and why it is wrong when you get in trouble. You should get in contact with an h-mod if you need one. Stop making posts for every little hiccup you experience. We won't be giving out more that this.

Hope an smod didn't lock as I snail paced typed this from my phone >.<

You don't know the whole story, so you probably shouldn't guess reasons as it might confuse people who might believe you. Just something to keep in mind!

Justin, please take matters like this to h-staff privately. Your banning and infractions are a matter between staff (h-staff and/or the moderator who issued you the infraction), not something that should be announced to the rest of the forum. Otherwise, you get rumors and incorrect information instead of actual helpful advice from those who deal with bannings and infractions.

As I said, any issues you have with your infractions or bannings should be taken up in PM with a member of h-staff (either super moderators or administrators). Send a message to a member of staff with those colored usernames and wait patiently for a response to answer any questions or comments you may have.

Closing this thread because as was stated, this is a private matter and any misinformation should not be spread.

I also just want to add into this, that it was actually a decision that was discussed when the issue was brought up.

Justin, I think I am rather bias when it comes to you, as I always give you the benefit of the doubt and tell the other staff members to give you a chance and give you time, but I can only tell people so many times. I hoped the break would help, but if you want to discuss anything further, you can always talk to me, as I will always reply when I can.

Reason for posting this publicly, is I wanted other members to see there is no negative bias treatment coming your way.
