Well...

Snorlax, Careful Unkown EVs but has perfect IVs in Attack, Defense, HP AND Special Defense
Another Careful Snorlax with not so hot IVs but EV'd in HP, Attack and Defense. Both have Curse.
Porygon-Z, Modest with 30 IVs in Special Attack and Speed, EVd in those stats. Has HP Rock, though.
Cresselia, Calm, Unknown IVS and EVS but at level 90 its stats are: 388/138/277/159/284/167.
A Timid and Modest Rotom, both EV trained in Speed and Special Attack and with 30-31 IVS in both of those stats. At level 90.
Jolteon, Timid with unknown IVs, but EV trained for Sp Attack and Speed and at level 100 its stats are: 258/129/133/306/198/360.
And a Leafeon, Jolly, and Glaceon, Calm, trained in Attack and Speed and Defense, Sp Attack and Speed respectively. Not so great IVs.

That's about it...
