save right in front of it and once you see the legend is shiny or not then reset the game and try again or catch it. ;) it takes 1-8000 something chance to get a shiny, so good luck.
 
1 in 8192 to be exact xD

Yeah, just got to save in front and turn off and on until you see those sparkles, kudos if you do get one!
