Why can't the size of the avatar be larger, or the size, or both. If I remember correctly the size used to be larger than the current 130 x 130. What happened? If someone could explain to me it would be greatly appreciated.:)

    It's always been 130 x 130...

And IMO, that's too big. x.x

But I used to have a 150 x 150 or maybe I am losing my mind. And what is too big, Greg?

The default ones are odd sizes.

And I think the 130 x 130 size is too big, most forums have the standard 100 x 100.

I think 130 x 130 is fine size, and so is 100 x 100, I just wish the size of the file could be larger. 41 kb isn't large, so people are limited by that if they want an animated avatar.

40 KB is plenty big when you consider how big we allow the sigs to be. >_>

Then cut down on the signature limit and make the avatar size larger, I say! XD

Who is saying I'm not happy with 130 x 130, Togepi? If you would have read my last post above you would of see that I said that 130 x 130 is fine.

Yeah, the filesize limit isn't too conducive of animated GIFs so I understand. However, these are stored on the server where as sigs aren't. I'm sure space isn't an issue, but ya know. Not my server. XP

And we can just let it die…doesn't have to be closed.
