3rd Gen Question about GSC starters

Is it possible to get a female starter on GSC? or for any gen for that matter. Or is it just one of those things that's hardwired into the programming?

I know you can get a female evee if you save/restart enough but I've never tried with starters. Is it worth it?

I think I read somewhere you have like a 11% chance or something like that to get a female starter in RSE. Not sure about GSC.

It's a 12.5% chance for a female starter from 3rd gen onwards.

I'm pretty sure the chances are similar for GSC.
