Moves like "Dragon Dance" and such, it will boost your pokemon's attack level by one.

My question is.. say I used dragon dance once... then I switched that pokemon out of battle for a few turns; when I put that pokemon out to battle again (It's still the same battle), will it keep it's orginal attack gain of one, or will I have to redo it again to boost it by 1?
    Thanks!

Affects of Dragon Dance wear off after you switch. The same goes for most every other move that affects your own Pokemon. The only way to get around this would be to use baton pass and give that stat bonus/substitute/aqua ring/etc. to another Pokemon. Significant exceptions would be Reflect, Light Screen, and Safeguard.

It would also be worth noting that negative stat afflictions are passed on, so say you Acid Armor with Vaporeon, but get Charmed by your opponent. If you Baton Pass, that Attack reduction would also be passed on, as well as the increase in Defense.

Leech Seed is also passed on to the Pokemon brought in, if the Baton Passing Pokemon was afflicted by it beforehand.
