    Is heart gold for the DS anything like Gold Version for the GBA?

    I am meaning story line, 18 badges and 2 different cities...

    I LOVE gold version and am thinking about getting a DS Lite tomorrow and need to know if I am in for a whole new adventure...

    HeartGold is a remake of Gold version, it is the exact same game with fourth generation graphics and gameplay. Go and play it, you'll enjoy it!
     
    Thank you so much man, I was hesitant on buying a whole new system just on a thought, but now that I know it is all good, then that is great!
     
    Answered, so going to close then. Any other questions, ask them in the Help thread sticky at the top of the section. (And there's the FAQ thread as well which mentions HGSS is a GSC remake). =p
