Question on a cap of Jessie's long, wet hair

I normally don't do such things, but I came upon this cap, last night. I have no idea which episode it is from.



I must say, she looks good. I wish the producers had her keep the look, actually. If anyone wishes to discuss the look in depth, fine by me. Thanks to all that play.

(I think it looks wet, which is why I threw it in the Subject line. However, I could be wrong. Oh well.)

It's from the Diamond and Pearl episode 117 dub-titled "Noodles: Roamin' Off" original japanese name was, "ロケット団解散！？ Rocket-dan Breakup!?"

It was wet, they were blasted off into the ocean by pikachu at the start of the episode.

I think Jessie should have kept her hair that way. She looks absolutely ugly with her hair all "gelled up" and stuff imo.

Here normal hairstyle is ridiculous, but it's one of her unique traits. Jessie's crazy hair is just one of the things that makes here Jessie. She looks great with that hair though, and that pose just makes it better. <_>

My apprecation for the Mod leaving this up. Does anyone have any caps with her wet hair in other episodes?

(Also, second what the Mod said about Jessie's hair being a part of her. I couldn't imagine her without it.)
