Question on a pokemon card

Hi. My son is a pokemon collector and recently bought a pack of cards at our local store. He got a card in the pack that is a stage 1 Sharpedo card 33 of 135. He hadent seenthe card before and went in his book and online and the card online has a blue boarder but his card has a yellow boarder. They look identical except for boarder. Is there another card in the set with same card number. Any help would be great thank you

The card in question is this one, right?

It should have a blue border. You're either dealing with a misprint, or with fake cards here. As DonavannJ already said, a picture will clarify what we're dealing with.
