    In the Gateway Colloseum I'm trying to assemble a good team to use instead of my Wi-Fi battle team which I'm still in the process of breeding but the pokemon in there they get better movesets and stronger pokemon right?

    I think they are stronger/harder, but same level. Check serebii, they know EVERYTHING on Pokйmon.
     
    Yes they get harder up till Rank 8. In which they give you alot of OU pokemon but some still have crap movesets.
