    Hi! I was just wondering if its possible to get a shiny Jirachi in the 20th anniversary event going on right now
     
    I'm pretty sure that if an event Pokemon distribution isn't set to be shiny, then that means it'll likely be shiny-locked so what that means is that I'm likely suspecting that the current Jirachi event won't be able to be shiny. There was a Jirachi event in Japan that did distribute a shiny one though.
