I know that there can only be 5 Pokemon on the bench, but if you have a Pokemon in your hand, do you have to put it on the bench? Can you hold it and wait and see if you draw a better one to fill an empty slot?

You don't have to put any Pokemon on the bench. It's your choice as to when and if you place a Pokemon on the bench, as long as they are Basic Pokemon.

Seconded. The rules don't force you to put them on the bench if you have them in your hand.

It says double lariat 30x
Flip 2 coins. this attack does 30 damage times the number of heads.
So max is 90?
like, standard 30, 1 heads 60, 2 heads 90?

I answered this barely half an hour ago, in the second most recent thread in this section. If you didn't catch it, here is my answer, quoted word for word, with a bit added on that should help, from that thread.

No. 30x means that it can be either 0, 30, or whatever else is a multiple of 30 for the number of coins you have to flip. If you get 0 heads, that would be 0 damage. If you get 1 heads, it would be 30 damage. 2 heads would mean 60 damage, and so on.

Same applies for other numbers with an "x" after them. Even in attacks that still have the combination but don't use coins. Whatever is used in those attacks takes the place of the coins (most commonly used one is damage counters).

Thanks ! Yeah i'm sorry i didnt catch the other answer, wow that kinda sucks.. makes me want to throw the deck out and build a new one but then i only just bought it today x'D
