Can Hydro Cannon, Blast Burn and Frenzy Plant moves been passed down as egg move?
Are there any Moves for the Other Types that are as Powerful as these?

No. Move Tutor Moves cannot be passed down.

The only other ones with that kind of effect are Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Roar of Time, and Rock Wrecker.

Elemental Hyperbeams for the starters can only be taught by Move Tutors to the final evolved form of the eligible Pokemon. Rock Wrecker is known only by Rhyperior. TM Hyper Beams are usually only able to be taught to the final two evolved forms. The list for Pokemon that can learn Hyper Beam can be found here, and Giga Impact here.
 
Okay, I was just doing as I do in platinum then I noticed something...

I am trying to get a Pichu to have maximum happiness so that it can evolve
how ever i dont want it to have any battles in order to max the happiness
i heard that there are berries that can do that but reduces stats
if the pichu is given these berries at lvl 1 will it have any effect on possible stats in the future?
Any idea how many berries would i need to give to max out happiness?

No, it doesen't reduce stats. Well, it does in a way. It reduces Effort Values, which is what a Pokémon gains when it battles wild Pokémon.

So no, it doesen't affect its future stats. If it is at lvl 1, those berries doesen't do anything besides raise it happiness. Or.. maybe it doesen't work at all, because it doesen't have any EVs?

I guess you'll have to battle with it a bit before giving it those berries. I'm not sure how many you have to give to it.

hapiness can be raised too having your pichu on your party and walking a lot of steps and always is a good option go to have a massage pkmn in Veilstone or Resort Area, also if you use a Potion or MooMoo Milk when the HP is full, is hapiness is increased a little bit XD
 
to increase happiness without berries, go to the house near the gym in south veilstone and give pichu a massage

also you can use the ribbon syndicate second floor (you must have beaten the elite four and you need a pokemon with a lot of ribbons to gain entry - i cant remember how many)
 
Hmmm... Pokerus?

Hello! Just wondering... How do you get Pokerus? I got a Pokemon (Zangoose) from the GTS that already had it, and I was like, whoa! what up with da smiley face?! LOL! So... I heard that you can get it from beating a random wild Pokemon, but I don't get it! =( Help! Thanks!! ^_^
 
It's based on luck and it's very rare. Chances are you won't ever actually catch it in the wild, so don't count on actually getting it. Your odds of catching the Pokerus are less than your odds of running into a shiny at random.

magikarp question

ok i am searching for a level 99 magikarp and so far i caught a level 89 and i kinda thinking i should give up on the search what should i do??
