HELP EVIN

Hi I'm new to ev traning and i need to know EVERYTING for it, i know about the suplements and sutff but idk where the rest is can anny one help me
 
So i just have gotten giratina and done that whole bunch of stuff.. have 7 badges and am trying to get to the next city to get the last badge.. so i have to go from the resort through route 222 according to my guide.. but the guy is still there telling me i can't because of the power outage.. what haven't i done to get this to go away?

Cynthia should have told you to go visit Professor Rowan, which is what you need to do next.
 
In Diamond, I have the National Dex, but I can't seem to find Rotom or the girl who talks about swarming Pokemon. Do I need to beat the E4 as well, or am I looking in the wrong place? (I looked in the Old Chateau at night for Rotom, and my rival's house for the girl.)
 
Yes, You have to challenge and beat the Elite Four before you can get Rotom

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you have to get the national Dex first before the swarms start to happen?

Either way nothing will happen until after you beat the E4

Is a raichu with surf legit/allowed?

if i have an event pikachu that has surf and i evolve it to raichu, thus reserving its moveset, will my raichu be considered legit?


also, i like to ask if i could retain ALL MY ev in platinum using berries?

Retain? As in get them back? Berries can remove all the EV's on a Pokemon, but not give them back. If you got the Pikachu legitmately, then it's all good.

i read on the other thread that it reset the ev to 100 for values above 100 and subsequently remove 10 each time..
is that true?

btw is volt tackle a attack or special attack move? i read on bulbpedia that it is physical but other sources from some random forum said it is special move...

can anyone clarify?

Volt Tackle is physical in 4th Gen. However it was special back in 3rd Gen. because all Electric moves were special attacks back then.
 
I have a Raichu that knows surf from evolving the pikachu from Battle Revolution, it is legit. It is cute to see the pikachu riding a surf board when you use surf of BR.
My books say volt tackle is physical.
 
huh? but my pikachu doesnt show a surf board when surfing?
is there something wrong?
 
Yeah, Surfing Raichu is legit, sorry can't help you with Evs though.

Only on Battle Revolution is when this happens.
 
Pokemon Cloning

I was watching a video on you tube about a boy cloning pokemon through the GTS. He waited till the lil' clock made 3 n 1/2 spins... So my question is... Is it 3 1/2 spins on all modems, also, if anything goes wrong can the game data be erased?
