ok so, i recently beat my pkmn diamond game and i reset it. i just started out again, can someone tell me when and where i can start trading pkmn again? i need chattots for rng lol.

I believe you can trade as soon as you've gotten a Pokedex and some Poke Balls.

 

[Aeroblast]

You can trade as soon as you get Pokedex and two Pokemon I believe.
