I it true that there is no coding for the Johto Pokeballs in Black and White?

Mhm, doesn't belong here, how about sending a Private or Visitor Message to Logiedan, since he mods the pixel sections, which includes trainer cards, so he might be able to help.
 
Can I use any Celebi to unlock Zorua? I have a Japanese Celebi and an English copy of Black. =/

Question,
Are the words to unlock the Relocator for the uk versions of Black and White the same as the japanese version?

I've only had one random wi-fi battle, and the Pokemon were set to level 50. But I believe you can set the level of them to 100 if you do it through the place where you can battle your friends.

Are there alot of trianers? I want to rotate 9 pokemon and I dont want level 40 pokemon by the end! XD
 
Is black and White Able to upload 3rd gen pokemon, or do I have to feed them through Gen IV before they can get to Gen V?

I would like to know some things about the dream world?How do you access it?(a video would be even better)lso,to access it by the wi-fi,does the modem (from which you take the internet)need to be the same with the computer (in which you use the dream world)?

Not really sure about the info behind it, but I know you can't access it until the 30th.
 
How to trade Celebi from Heartgold to White?

I had a Shiny Celebi from a friend on my Heartgold for the last year. How do I trade it onto my new Pokemon White?
