Offering: Shiny Celebi lvl 35.

I have a shiny celebi that is level 35 and all i ask for in return is a regular celebi with all of it's original moves at level 30. I would prefer that it is completely untouched but i could make an exception.
 
Need Help with EV Reduction Berries
