I never really try to beat Pokemon games as fast as possible, but I do remember finishing Sapphire in around 22 hours. I know I could beat that time easily, but it's just a matter of if I get around to attempting it or not.

On one playthrough of LeafGreen, I got through the game in 13 hours, 31 minutes. I only had three Pokemon on my team: a Blastoise, a Wigglytuff, and a Dugtrio.

I didn't remembered the exact time but it was like 16hrs & some minutes in Fire red.
