I hate noobs like that... You should use Fire fang. It negates wonder guard or something. The only other way to find out though is to hack, since the only Pokemon I remember having Wonder Guard is Shedinja, which is weak to fire. =\

Just because a pokemon doesn't have a huge fanbase (and I doubt people even like Pikachu anymore) doesn't mean it's not an AWESHOME pokemon.
