The "Abby diet"? My diet? Here it is- Be sure to skip at least 2 meals a day. If you eat more than 1 meal a day, that's bad. Or really, the preference is to not eat at all. Maybe go a day or two without eating. Or, if you MUST eat, try to avoid eating anything that can be considered a meal. Try to just eat something light, like a granola bar with a glass of milk. And if you dare eat, you need to exercise heavily for at least 30 minutes, preferably more, like an hour or two. And if you don't lose weight by the end of the day, then you have permission to cry and cut yourself.
