3rd Gen R/S/E DuoSpecies Challenge

Third Update.

-Beat Team Aqua at underground cavern.
-Saved the world by sending Rayquaza to break up the fight between Kyogre and Groudon.
-Got the final badge.
-Made my way through victory road.
-Beat Pokemon League on my first try with a lot of Full Restores, Revival Herbs, Max Revives and Elixers (Swampert Lv 57 and Vileplume Lv 55 by the end of it.).
-Caught Filler Pokemon Lairon for some facilitys at Battle Frontier.
-Raised Swampert and Vileplume a little bit.
-And now attempting to win at the battle Dome which only requires 2 Poke's. (Record Streak: 3, Current Streak: 0, Need to get to the 5th final to battle Tucker and hopefully win my first Symbol)

Alright, so, I finally managed to find another surskit!!!! Took me a while to EV train him, even with a macho brace, but he's the first one that's been ev trained to a respectable extent. (did spend a little time on spinda's w/ my gardevoirs, but not a crap load.)

Things to do before next update:
Underwater Cavern
Groudon Event (Prolly just kill him for exp)
Beat Wallace
Navigate Victory Road
Beat wally...again
Make it to E4 lobby.
 
Currently training pokes for E4. Is level 55 good to start the e4 at, or should I get to level 60/65 first?

EDIT: Okay, they are both level 55 and I'm going to train using the elite four. I've used all my money on Revives/Full Heals/Full Restores/and Max Potions so I wont lose money if I lose to the e4.

I got really lucky in Granite cave. I'll say that.

Caught a Modest Abra... I'm so happy! Got it to level 16, it evolved into a Kadabra. I traded it over to another game and back into a 'Zam.

IVs are:
3-8 HP
25-31 Atk
4-9 Def
30-31 SpAtk (?!!)
0-4 SpDef
23-28 Speed

I'd say that those are decent for a freshly caught run-of-the-mill Abra. I'm planning to EV train him later. Time to spam Spindas... >=D

Lawl stopped playing. I raged at tate and liza when solrock kept OHKOing shedinja with flamethrower.
Started again today and managed to beat them.
Shedinja + Confuse ray + quick claw = saviour XD
Lunatone couldnt touch him, so I was safe after that :'D

Beat 8th gym and got through victory road.
No difference in team except bishop is level 56 and coffin 55
Also, boat has waterfall now, but you probably coulda guessed that.

E4 gonna be a *****, cos the first battle will have to be exclusivly bishop.
Its a DARK battle, which all OHKO coffin D:

What are the other E4 members?
I hope its not gonna be entirely Bishop.
He's strong but can only take so much!
