3rd Gen R/S Monotype Challenge

It's never too late too join and yes you may only use your starter until you get a steel type and since mahwile and Aron are the first two steel types you have to get one of them. Oh yeah and now I've decided to change the rules now anyone can join at any time they want.
 
OK! Though I may need Zuri for the second, third and fourth gym leaders... Especially since I would have probably five Pokemon at most (since I'm still thinking of putting an Altaria on my team just to help).

So far...

-Decided not to battle some trainers so that when I get my first Steel Pokemon (or both Mawile and Aron), I can battle those trainers to raise their levels.
-Beat Roxanne pretty easily with Zuri; I have to go get the Devon Goods now

My Team is:

Zuri - Female Mudkip, Level 15 - Modest Nature (+Sp. Atk., -Atk.; likes Blue Pokeblocks) - Tackle, Bide, Mud-Slap, Water Gun

Yeah... Kinda kept restarting so I'd get a Mudkip with a Modest nature ('cause I want her to be in Beauty contests). I was even more lucky that I got a FEMALE Mudkip with a Modest nature O.o
 
AAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHH! Damn it!! Still no bloody sp to trade with! My careless friends lost theirs. I'm still waiting for the trade to be secured then will start so I can have a big first update.

I'm sorry to rain on your parade, but you have to use only steel types, (starter until) so you can't use an altaria for "help" which is why it's called a mono-type challenge, steel only. :P

Ok, heres my update.

Beat Flannery pretty easily, I KILLED her with Swampert and Numel, :P
Caught a Sandshrew, evolved into Sandslash and also caught a trapinch, will go back soon for baltoy.

Beat Norman after 2 attempts, owned with a self destruct from graveler XD (Slaking sucks when it's parylized :()

Now I just beat Team Aqua in the Weather Institute, here's my team.

I'll run it. I can't do my monotype challenge just yet so I could just run it. I don't want this to close anyway because I think it makes people have a bit more fun just doing it with one type.

Righto, Here is another rules sheet that I can edit.

Rules
-This is NOT a race.
-All duel types are allowed. EX-Breloom is Grass/Fighting.
-No spamming
-No flameing
-No hacking
-No cheating
-No gamesharks
-Even ir the type you want is taken you may still use that type so long as that no more than three people are doing it.
-If you want to do a Dragon or Ice monotype you have to either trade a Dragon or Ice type over from another game or not do that type, considering those to types take a while to find.
-You may use your starter up until you get a the Pokemon of your type.
-If your starter is your type then you may use it.
-The chalenge is over when you beat the Elite Four for the second time.
-Now anyone can join anytime you want even if all types are picked.

If I think of more rules I'll post them. Please try to update as much as possible.

I would love to join and do the Fighting type, though if that's not okay, I can start over and do Normal type.
It might give me enough motivation to actually finish Ruby all the way, and I could use a challenge.

Great. Only, you'll have to do Normal. Gallade of the Sand is on fighting.
 
Actually you have my old name on the list my old name was Ruby Chan and that's still on the list by water.
 
Alright, sorry this took so long, but I've been having some computer problems lately. This one is just going to be highlights, since I haven't had the time to play for a couple of days.

-Picked Mudkip as my starter, played through the beginning until I could catch a Pokemon (Mudkip leveled to level 8.)
-Caught two Zigzagoon, both at level 3. One with an Adamant nature (female) the other with Quirky (male). Leveled both of them up to level 10.
-Went to Petalburg Woods and searched for a few million years until I managed to find a Slakoth. (level 5, Naive nature)
-Trained Slakoth to level 10, caught a Taillow (level 4, Adamant nature).
-Trained them all a little.

i want to do another one of these challenges but sadly im in 1 and going to be in another shortly so if it stays open long enough and there is room i will join if im allowed
