All of my Strongest SAIKYOU Events (Electivre, Magmortar, Dragonite, and Milotic) dont have a Classic Ribbon and according 2 gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/file/925601/48598
they should. R these hacked or is that site wrong? And is there even a way of hacking japanese pokemon?

You could have posted in there (moving this to the main d/p forum is a bad idea u.u). I believe they do not have the classic ribbon but are still in a cherish ball. Hacking japanese pokemon is possible (or any language for that matter).
