I agree, basically, you use an attack that is super effective to the person before you's pokemon. (sorry if i am mini-modding, i'm just trying to explain the rules)

I thought Tropius can't use frenzy plant because frenzy plant can only be used by grass-type starter pokemon. Oh well.
