[Questions] Raichu

Can anyone help me?

My boys are addicted to Pokemon cards and we have aquired a Raichu GX Rainbow? How do I know if this is real? I was on the understanding that rainbows were textured - however this is smooth. I obviously have no idea.

Oh no... if the card isn't texture than that's a major red flag. :( Is there any way you can post a picture?

Like Fairy said, not being textured is a major red flag. Also, neither the white/blue text or strokes should be shiny.
