I've been thinking about making a Rain Dance team the first time. But it would do nicely if you think it's a good team.

    Atlantis-Kingdra
    Nature: Lonely
    EV's: 204 Atk/136 Sp. Atk/166 Speed
    Ability: Swift Swim
    Held Item: Life Orb
    Rain Dance
    Waterfall
    Outrage
    Draco Meteor

It's nearly like a uber Kingdra. But it's a good lead when Kyogre is not about. It can sweep almost everything when it has a chance with it's mixed moves, plus the power of Life Orb. The Pokemon to watch out for with Kingdra is Pokemon that gets the jump on it, like Gyarados and Salamence.

    Ludicolo
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 4 Def/252 Sp. Atk/252 Speed
    Ability@ Swift Swim
    Held item: Damp Rock
    Surf/Hydro Pumop
    Ice Beam
    Grass Knot
    Rain Dance

Another good lead. But it has more defense. Grass Knot I guess is a more better choice than Energy Ball because it does more damage on heavier Pokemon like Gyarados and Regigigas. Ice Beam is for Flying and Dragon types. But I'm not sure if I would pick Hydro Pump or Surf because the team is for double battles. Hydro Pump has more power but it's less accruate. Surf never misses but it has less power and can hit my teammate if I'm not prepared.

    Vaporeon
    Nature: Bold/Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/126 Def/126 Sp. Def
    Held Item: Leftovers
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Toxic
    Protect

I was thinking if this Vaporeon would suit as a wall in a Rain Dance team, and a good choice for Surf as well. It has Toxic and Protect to take down walls and to heal itself with Leftovers, but Taunt will break it apart. So I have to watch out for that.

    Aqua Genie-Dusknoir
    Nature: Impish/Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 Sp. Def.
    Held Item: Sitrus Berry/Leftovers
    Shadow Sneak
    Rain Dance
    Will-O-Wisp
    Pain Split

A proper Rain Dance team doesn't have to be all Water types. This Pokemon is the bulkiest in the team and can learn Rain Dance. So, I don't have to worry if Rain Dance is not in play. Will-O-Wisp for physical sweepers like Scizor and Feraligatr, Pain Split for more walling and Shadow Sneak for first striking.

    Gex-Toxicroak
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Dry Skin
    EVs: 252 Atk/6 Def/252 Speed
    Held Item: Black Sludge
    Poison Jab
    Sucker Punch
    Cross Chop
    Subsitute

I have done some serious thinking on Toxicroak. This Pokemon can be good in a Rain Dance because of Dry Skin. It does have Subsitute to save itself against hard attacks, and the effects of Rain Dance and Surf to make this Pokemon unbreakable. Sucker Punch for first striking and Poison Jab and Cross Chop for STAB sweeping.

(The last Pokemon I'm not sure about.)

    Shock Ra-Zapdos
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 168 HP/252 Sp.Atk/84 Sp. Def
    Held Item: Leftovers/Wide Lens
    Thunder
    Hidden Power Ice
    Rain Dance
    Toxic

it of a weird Zapdos this one. But this Pokemon could be the most to watch out for. It has the Rain Dance and Thunder combo,Toxic to break down walls and Hidden Power Ice to break ****n and Ground types.

Gyarados melts you badly, also that vappy spread hurts my eyes because it takes hits like a Remoraid with it @___@

    Vaporeon@Leftovers
    252 HP / 252 DEF / 6 SP.ATT
    Bold Nature
    - Wish
    - Hidden Power Electric
    - Surf
    - Protect

    Solves the Gyarados weak.

Mence is annoying if you dont have rain up too and so is tar, who can also Pursuit Zapdos and Dusknoir whilst loling at your weather. Id use Bronzong >> Noir to solve this and it helps with tar too so you dont have to rely on Toxicroak to switch into tar as much, because toxicroak is actually really frail.

    Brozong@Damp Rock
    252 HP / 72 ATT / 100 DEF / 76 SP.DEF
    Relaxed Nature
    Trait : Levitate
    - Rain Dance
    - Gyro Ball
    - Stealth Rock
    - Explosion / Hypnosis / Earthquake /<Insert Screen>

Gives you that nice broken Stealth Rock to play with too so you can nerf mence, Gyara etc further. Lead with this imo.

I would also give Zapdos Roost to take hits from stuff like Scizor better and maybe some def evs too.

Why do i not see a SD Kabutops on this team? It is a crime not to have one on a rain dance team because it shreds literally everything in ou in the rain.

Ill come back if i spot more.

Well, it's my first Rain Dance team I thought of. So I know it's not perfect. But thanks for helping me out.

Okay, I can now understand what you just said. I totally forgot that Roost on Zapdos...And 3 Rain Dancers are good enough. Thanks much.

DD Kingdra is a threat cause it invests in Spe more then yours so you'll be helping it if you set up the rain. Ludicolo and your Kingdra would probably die from Life Orbed 0+ Outrages. Also if it gets a DD up and no Pokemon resists so it may be a problem. Bronzong would be idea as it resists Outrage and besides that it can also set up the rain.

Hmm...That agrees everything. All of my Pokemon in this team won't resist Outrage. So I bet it's a good idea to put in Bronzong for walling with Stealth Rock.

Kingdra lead, seems fact to mail to do happy a TaunterLead or an ExploderLead (and I assure you that that type of lead they are as, both on SB and on NB), Tyranitar from an a lot of of problems, enters and the Rain Dance annuls yourself as if nothing pits, in many gods Pokémon that you have posted is not understood well what Item have.

Umm...It kinda makes sense to me now.
