Rain Team Help

    Hey all

I've been playing pokemon for a long time and follow Wolfe Glick, Aaron Zheng and Alex Ogloza on Youtube watching their content. This is my first ever competitive team and plan to actually do some rated Doubles Battle spots.
I have a decent idea for a rain team, but im looking for help to clean it up or make suggestion, especially on my last two spots. I'll make sure to give reasons for my choices.

    Pelipper @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Drizzle
    Nature: Bold
    EV Spread: HP 252, Spd 124, Sp.Def 132
    Moves: U-Turn
    Tailwind
    Roost
    Scald/Hurricane/Protect

So the idea behind my Pelipper is to be bulkier hence the nature and the ev's in Sp.def, and with the focus sash hes designed to set up the rain and then set up Tailwind, then U-turn out for my next pokemon.

    Kingdra @ Life Orb
    Ability: Swift Swim
    Nature: Modest
    EV Spread: Sp.Att 252, Spd 252, Sp.Def 4
    Moves: Draco Meteor
    Ice Beam
    Protect
    Scald/Hydro Pump

So he's my special sweeper with swift swim and life orb in the rain.

    Marowak @ Thick Club
    Ability: Lightning Rod
    Nature: Careful
    EV Spread: HP 252, Def 108, Sp.Def 148
    Moves: Flare Blitz
    Shadow Bone
    Protect
    Bonemerang

Ok this one is a risk, My idea behind him was make him bulky, because hes holding the Thick Club which doubles his Attack stat. but the main reason I put him on this team was his Lightning Rod ability so my water/rain mons don't get wrecked by electric moves (except discharge). Plus I wanted him to eliminated common pokemon like Celesteela and Torkoal who would mess up my weather.

    Scizor @ Unknown
    Ability: Technician
    Nature: Adamant
    EV Spread: HP 126, Att 252, Def 54, Sp.Def 72
    Moves: Bullet Punch
    Protect
    U-turn
    Roost

Scizor is my worst developed pokemon on the team, I feel like Ive spread his IV's too much, but I wanted him bulkier because the plan of the team is to have Tailwind up. Im not sure what item, only thing I can think of is Choice Band or a Lum Berry and im not 100% about his movepool especially if I use Choice Band.

And that's it so far, im considering adding Tapu Fini or Koko and Xurkitree as my other two pokemon but i know I don't have intimidate, but im not sure if i need it.

Any help is welcome as long as its constructive, like I said this is my first competitive team and its easier watching people make them then it is doing it lol.

    thanks all

Pelipper is rather bulky, meaning it doesn't need Focus Sash. It needs Damp Rock more to extend the rain it summons. Tailwind is overkill with Kingdra and Scizor, as the former is already fast under rain and the latter can use Bullet Punch to overcome its Speed, though it still has to watch for Tapu Lele's Psychic Surge:
    -Scald
    -Hurricane
    -U-turn/Knock Off/Roost/Wide Guard
    -Wide Guard/Protect
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Damp Rock
    Ability: Drizzle

Kingdra can learn Muddy Water, which can hit both Pokemon without hitting the partner, unlike Surf:
    -Muddy Water
    -Draco Meteor
    -Hydro Pump/Ice Beam
    -Protect
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 116 HP/252 SAtk/140 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Swift Swim

What attacks do Scizor and Marowak survive with your current EVs?
