Don't know if this should be here... I hope it's in the right place.

I would like you to show me the weakneses of this team and tell me what changes should I do.
I was thinking about a NU rain dancing team.

    [PokeCommunity.com] Rain team
    Corsola :D
Calm nature, Natural Cure, holding that item that makes rain time longer (don't know the name in english)

    Stealth Rock
    Recover
    Surf
    Rain Dance

    [PokeCommunity.com] Rain team
    Seaking :o
Careful or Adamant?, Swift Swim, Liechi Berry (is that the one that raises attack?)

    Endure
    Flail
    Waterfall
    Agility/Rain Dance (which one?)

    [PokeCommunity.com] Rain team
    Ampharos <3
Calm or modest nature? Static, Leftovers

    Thunder
    Thunderwave
    Light Screen
    Heal Bell

    [PokeCommunity.com] Rain team
    Mantine :p

    Bold nature, Swift Swim, Leftovers

    Toxic
    Protect
    Acua Ring
    Surf

    [PokeCommunity.com] Rain team
    Quagsire ^^
    Adamant, Water absorb, leftovers

    Recover
    Waterfall
    Earthquake
    Encore/toxic (which one?)

    [PokeCommunity.com] Rain team
    Parasect :)
    Adamant, Dry Skin, Leftovers

    Spore
    X-scissor
    Seed Bomb
    Aromatherapy

    So.... what do you think?

I'm from Spain, so please, try to be clear or else I won't understand everything...

Wow NU AND Rain Dance? That's such an awesome idea!

But your entire team is missing EVs! :(
Also some of your Pokemon have bad movesets.

Anyways, don't use Corsola. Corsola is such a bad Pokemon. Bad speed, bad offenses, average defenses. There are much better leads out there.

    Use this instead:

    Electrode @Damp Rock
    Hasty Nature
    Soundproof
    252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd

    -Thunder
    -Rain Dance
    -Explosion
    -Taunt

Electrode is the fastest Pokemon in NU and will pretty much always be able to set up Rain Dance on the very first turn. Taunt to prevent your opponent from setting up. Thunder is obvious of course, and Explode when you're at low health.

Next up is Seaking. Seaking is an okay physical sweeper, but the problem is that it doesn't learn many good moves. Replace it with Floatzel.

    Floatzel @Life Orb
    Adamant Nature
    Swift Swim
    4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

    -Waterfall
    -Ice Punch
    -Brick Break
    -Crunch

With these 4 moves, no Pokemon will resist your attacks and Floatzel can sweep easily.

Now you need a good Special Sweeper. The best Pokemon for that job is Gorebyss.

    Gorebyss @Life Orb
    Modest Nature
    Swift Swim
    36 HP / 252 SpA / 220 Spd

    -Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Psychic
    -Hidden Power Electric

Replace Mantine with Gorebyss. Your Mantine set is bad for this team because Mantine it's too defensive whereas Rain Dance teams should be offensive.

Another problem with your team is that you only have one Pokemon that knows Rain Dance. Rain is not a permanent weather effect unless you have Drizzle, so you need more than one Pokemon that knows Rain Dance.
Give Parasect Rain Dance over either Aromatherapy. It doesn't need it because you already have Heal Bell.

Next get a Qwilfish as your 3rd Rain Dancer. Qwilfish is great because it's part Poison type, so it will absorb Toxic Spikes that can really be a problem for your team.

    Qwilfish @Damp Rock
    Adamant Nature
    Swift Swim
    252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd

    -Waterfall
    -Spikes
    -Rain Dance
    -Poison Jab

Replace Quagsire with Qwilfish. Quagsire doesn't really benefit from the Rain that much.

Lastly, give Ampharos Signal Beam or Hidden Power Grass over Thunder Wave. If you only have Thunder, you can't hit Ground types.

    In short:

    *Change Corsola to Electrode
    *Change Seaking to Floatzel
    *Change Mantine to Gorebyss
    *Give Parasect Rain Dance
    *Change Quagsire to Qwilfish
*Replace Thunder Wave with Signal Beam or Hidden Power Grass

    Thanks :D

Is there any option over floatzel? I don't like that guy...In fact I hate it. I don't see only numbers when I look for a pokémon... I mean, Bronzong might be good, but it is so horrible that I'll never use it. Seaking is cool, floatzel looks stupid wearing that yellow thing...
So... I would rather use luvdisc or lumineon than floatzel.

If I get to 1HP and have 2x speed (rain) and liechi berry attack bonus I shouldn't have problems to kill anything with flail and waterfall I think... Unless some priority moves appear :s

How can I get hidden power electric in gorebyss? I don't hack, so... how do I do? (does hidden power has always 70 power?)

I had quagsire to make a change when an electric guy appears so I can make a toxic or encore something when he changes to something else... I love quagsire... but I also like qwilfish... and both have a Q-beggining name, so it's OK hahaha

    Thanks for the help :D

Wow... I just made an NU Rain Dance team. lolz

Anyway, aragornbird has nice tips, but this is what you should change if you REALLY want to use those Pokémon. Corsola is nice because unlike Electrode, it doesn't say "I'm using Rain Dance!" It's the same thing as using Dusknoir or Bronzong in OU; "I'm stalling with Trick Room! Haha!" I used Butterfree as my lead in my NU team, because no one expects Rain Dance from a Butterfree. (No one expects Butterfree either. XD) For information, my RD-NU team was Butterfree, Nidoqueen, Manectric... and three other Pokémon I can't remember. Anyway, hope I helped.

    Yes, you helped :) thanks...

But I still don't know how to get hidden power electric...

    I looooove ampharos. Don't you???

So you would rather LOSE than WIN?

Priority moves are on every team nowadays. Your Seaking probably wouldn't even get a chance to use Flail

How can I get hidden power electric in gorebyss? I don't hack, so... how do I do? (does hidden power has always 70 power?)
Oh this isn't for Shoddy? Forget it then.

Unfornately, Floatzel, Seaking, and Relicanth are the only NU Physical Swift Swim sweepers. Kabutops used to be NU, but it became popular enough for OU.

    ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Aragornbird... what I wanted to say is that I really hate floatzel...
Of course I would like to win, but if I need floatzel to win I'm making another team.

It is not for shoddy, I'm gona make it with my DS.
    Can't I get it?

    ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Well, you need the right combination of IVs in order to get a maximum power Hidden Power of the exact type you want. Unfortunately if you don't know how to RNG (most people don't), then it will take you hundreds and hundreds of hours unless you're very lucky.

For an alternative, use Shadow Ball. At least you won't be walled by Shedinja.

    Okidoki ;) Thanks a lot! :D

Is it just me, or is this team not going to work too well? You're going to need more Rain Dancers. Corsola'll get beaten down pretty quickly, so you're suddenly out of rain and your team gets destroyed by...anything. :| That and one attack on each guy forces switches and, thus, forces you to waste rain and take damage from entry hazards. I'm not too experienced with Rain team, but there's my two cents.

Yep... I'm gonna give Rain dance to 3 of my 6 pokémon and make some changes of those they told me to do. When I try that team I'll see where I have to change more things.

Make Aragornbirds changes but id replace Ampharos with something to give you Stealth Rock and a better team supporter than Ampharos and make Qwilfish Swords Dance.

Stealth Rock ensures rain dance (infact any team) so many KO's its unreal.

Also imo SD Qwil is prolly THE best late game cleaner in NU in rain. Booming on usual Rain counters like Quaggy and Golduck is great and lets your other pokes sweep.

mmm Parasect can't learn rain dance... so he'll be my cleric and I'll give Rain Dance to Ampharos or another one.
What about a Rain Dancer magneton with Thunder, Thunder Wave, Rain Dance and Explosion?
