This is why you need to make your sprites first and get better at them by improving and learning from your mistakes before making a comic. Look at everyone else's comic and you'll see the difference. You need to improve on your recoloring. You don't just add paint to a certain spot you want recolored, you need to shade it in as well or it will look terrible. Also, for doing the battles and your locations and such, you need to be a little creative. Don't get me wrong, the plot is rather creative, but you just editted the battle scenes and stuff and it doesn't look neat. You need to spend more time on improving these instead of rushing to do your next chapter. Good luck.
