Roserade would pwn Hitmonlee. I like Hitmonlee and all and got nothing against Hitmonless but I'm just saying lol. Roserade would just status problem Hitmonlee and attack from there with Mega Drain. That's the beauty in grass Pokemon.

I'd probably go with Hitmonlee. Sure, Roserade is able to take Hitmonlee's Fighting STAB, due to its half-Poison type, but Hitmonlee sometimes packs Blaze Kick, which is super effective against Grass Pokemon, like Roserade.
