you don't have to start our with all of them. you can get their beginning evolutions and eventually get them but you don't have to start out exactly with them. It would be more of a challenge if you tried to capture as much of them as you can but since your team has an infernape and a prinplup you would have to trade for one of those.

ok thanks looks like ill be going through most of the game with piplup and chimchar lol since the I cant catch any of those untill i get the the national dex lol Well I get sneasel at snowpoint city. This is gunna be challenging

well have you used them just like they are and not evolved them? that's a part of this challenge, you can't evolve your pokemon. but if you really want to, here you go:
